Please note that shipping times may vary due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are committed to providing high-quality treats for you and your furry friends. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make it right. We do not offer returns or exchanges for perishable items, such as treats.
Please note that all-natural ingredients may vary in color or texture, which is a normal part of the baking process and does not affect the quality or taste of our treats. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for normal variations in appearance.
